Our returns policy clearly states that returns are only accepted if the product is new, unused, and unopened—this is due to hygiene reasons. If these conditions are met, the customer may return the item within 21 days of purchase and choose either a replacement product or a full refund. The item was also on sale and this is also clearly stated on our site that sale items cannot be exchanged.
